Prince - 21 nights book and live CD review

If you like Prince or went to see him last year (as I did) for his 21 night residency at the O2 Arena then you absolutely must buy this book.
Why? Well for one it its gorgeous. It’s a 124 page coffee table type bound book full of lavish photos taken by Prince’s long time collaborator Randee St Nicholas. The photo’s are simply stunning, ranging from his arrival at Luton aiport (!) his stay at the Dorchester, shopping at Chanel in Sloane Street and of course on stage and backstage at the ̘ Arena.
If that wasn’t enough there is also a CD (Indigo Nights) included that features Prince’s legendary aftershow gigs at the Indigo O2. As the best live artist in the world, ever; a new live CD from the man himself is a must-have. It contains 15 tracks of Prince and the band playing favourites like Girls & Boys, 3121, Alphabet St. and a re-working of All the Critics Love U - In London. Bloody brilliant.
